Fragments began with ancient sculptures worn and altered by time. Their original completeness has faded, yet something remains - a presence made more distinct through what is missing.
From these familiar fragments to incense, thought becomes something that can be seen, bringing what is usually taken for granted back into view. Through kneading, forming, cutting and, eventually, burning away, the work traces another passage of time and emotion.
